Plan the business around changeovers
Map a typical week including late arrivals, overlapping departures and cover for absent cleaners. Plan linen storage, key access and an owner-approved limit for emergency spending. Show your service fee separately from costs advanced on an owner's behalf so the statement explains the money moving through the business.
Turismo de Portugal requires prior registration of Alojamento Local establishments. Identify the operator: incorporating a concierge company does not register the properties. Prepare a service agreement, a sample owner statement and a list of tasks you will subcontract.
