Sell a result that can be checked on site
For each customer, prepare a plan with areas, frequency, access time and inspection criteria. Organise keys, alarms and incident reporting while limiting unnecessary circulation of access details. Travel, equipment preparation and replacement staff belong in the operating cost.
An office-cleaning agreement does not automatically cover clinical environments, special waste or specialist disinfection. Describe these variations so their requirements can be assessed before offering them. Bring a scope of work, a sample route and an equipment list to discuss staffing and funding. Check what happens if the premises are inaccessible when the team arrives.
